The Lebanon Fire Department has launched a new automated alert system aimed at improving response times and freeing dispatchers for additional tasks.
One of the forward-looking aspects of the new tech are cardiac-friendly tones and alarms that gradually increase in intensity to alert crews when a call comes in.
